Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of BlueDrift Compton Pool Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services Provided

BlueDrift Compton Pool Service provides professional pool cleaning, maintenance, and repair services in Compton, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Weekly pool cleaning and maintenance
  • One-time and deep pool cleaning
  • Green pool treatment and algae removal
  • Pool filter cleaning and replacement
  • Pool equipment repairs
  • Pool tile cleaning and calcium removal
  • Pool opening and closing services
  • Pool inspection services

Service Scheduling and Cancellation

You can schedule services by calling us at (310) 668-1780 or submitting a request through our website. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible if we need to reschedule your service.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For weekly service plans, payment is due monthly on the date specified in your service agreement.

Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is less. If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, we may suspend services until the account is brought current.

Access to Property

You agree to provide safe and unobstructed access to your pool and related equipment during scheduled service times. This includes ensuring gates are unlocked or providing access codes, and that pool equipment is accessible.

If we are unable to access your property for a scheduled service, you may be charged a trip fee. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before leaving if access issues arise.

Liability and Warranties

We carry full liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage to pool equipment that was not caused by our services.

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work to resolve the issue at no additional charge.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

Chemical Treatment

We use professional-grade pool chemicals to maintain proper water chemistry. You understand and agree that we will add chemicals as needed to balance your pool water. If you have specific preferences regarding chemical use, please discuss this with us before service begins.

Equipment Repairs

If we identify equipment issues during routine service, we will notify you and provide a quote for repairs. We will not perform repairs without your authorization unless they are covered under an existing service agreement.

All repair work comes with a 30-day warranty on parts and labor. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

Privacy

We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties except as required to provide our services or as required by law. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on our website or by email if we have your contact information on file. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
